Ductwork Fabrication and Installation
From small-diameter sheet metal duct to duct that is in excess of 15 feet in diameter constructed from 1” thick plate as well as flat panel duct, Goodhart Sons, Inc. has the ability and experience to field verify, shop detail, fabricate, inspect, deliver and install.
Our shop detailing department utilizes the latest version of Autocad. Our in-house detailers prepare shop drawings, general arrangements, erection drawings, etc. as per the requests and requirements of our customers.
Our fabrication process involves the use of state of the art cutting, burning, rolling, forming and welding equipment. We have over 175,000 square feet of production space and 24’ under the hook ofour various overhead crane systems.
Our quality control department implements in-house and customer-required hold points as well as initiates in-process and final inspections so that all requirements of the code are met or exceeded.
Our installation services department will travel across the country or abroad to provide the rigging expertise, millwright work, pipefitting and electrical installation requirements to install our fabricated tanks and vessels as well as an array of other OEM equipment
Further, Goodhart Sons, Inc. also has the ability to design, fabricate and install to, SMACNA Ductwork Construction Standards, as well as meet the criteria of ASME and AWS.
